Look, Jim- It's the fact that they consistently promise glasses in one hour, but don't let you know that comes with a big asterisk...
All I want them to do is what they say they are going to do. And I have no problem with criticizing them for keeping fewer frames in stock. Progressives versus trifocals- well, excuse me for not being an optician, and using what the spouse called them. My point of view here is from a consumer, and I can tell you, your tirade, from someone I suspect has a job working or running one of these operations, does nothing to make me consider coming back to the store. What great customer service you deliver.

Get informed ladies! Plenty of eyewear these days take 10-14 days to get in. Very normal. The fact that Lenscratfers can make many types of glasses in an hour still is much better than most optical stores.
Hey Whitney...they are called progressives...not trifocals twit. I'll bet your husband had to wait just as long anyplace else. If Lenscrafters doesnt make them in an hour then nobody can.
Get informed or keep your mouth shut

I agree. And my husband, against my advice, decided to go to Lenscrafters because it was near his office for his new trifocals, and guess what? It took almost two weeks to get the glasses. We're through with Lenscrafters for good!
