		<description>I think it&#039;s important to bench mark ourselves against ourselves-  There is a time when you need to match yourself to the audience, and time when you need to break the mold-  the devil is in the details of matching your message to your audience.  Sometimes people need to be shaken up, and you need to be accepted for who you are- the balance is important.  And I love you and your purple stripe!</description>

		<description>Good points here Whitney.  When a brand becomes really trustworthy and well-known, then he or she can become a very marketable product.  Aside from selling yourself, you can sell products because you already have an audience.</description>
