		<description>Hey Courtney!  I think any lesson learned, whether it&#039;s from Gladwell or not it what&#039;s important to talk about.  Lennon and McCartney also have tons of sage advice in all their songs-and you are right- the more you give and put out there, the more you get back- there seems to be an over-arching balance in that regard :)</description>

		<description>A friend gave me &quot;Outliers&quot; as a gift this summer, and it was a truly inspiring read.  And, although not directly related to Gladwell&#039;s writing, I continue to learn that the energy and emotion I put out into the world is the energy and emotion I receive back from it.  It sounds &quot;hokey&quot;, however, I find it to be generally true.
As the Beatles said, the love you take is equal to the love you make.  In the best possible sense.</description>
